To do this, aromas such as vanilla, bergamot, geranium, jasmine, mint, lemon, lavender and violet, whose essences help control certain symptoms of mental illness.
In order for the plush toys to dispel the aromas, the polytechnics placed a rubber bag inside the pieces to release the properties of the essence, which works when the children are in contact with the toy.
Vanilla, used as a sedative and sedative, helps control anxiety, depression, insomnia, muscle and headaches, as well as fight and treat respiratory and circulatory infections.
Bergamot has a citrus scent, useful for combating depression, anxiety and tension; promotes the release of trapped emotions that eventually lead to insomnia, and the freshness of your balm counteracts emotions such as anger, frustration and irritability.
The jasmine aroma is antispasmodic, stimulating, antidepressant and antiseptic, produces feelings like optimism and euphoria, while lemon improves depression and works as a muscle relaxant.
In the case of the pillows, the bag with the essences is on the edge, so that it does not disturb the user when sleeping.
Although this line of plush toys is aimed at children, it has no limitations; it can also be used by adults who suffer from mental illness and, therefore, face similar symptoms.
